My smarter clothesline design for sag-free lines. In my quest to find a more durable way to keep my clothesline snug and improve those things I wasn’t quite satisfied with, I came to realize that fence strainers would be the best tool for the job. Add to that some high-strength cable and you have yourself a sag-free clothesline. If you would like to only put a strainer at one end, check out my ...

Predator in the Coop & False Security
Переглядів 2962 місяці тому
After a predator breached our coop this morning I wanted to quickly discuss where we fall short and the false securities many of us have. #1: automatic doors don’t mean you can skip out on being present in your flock. #2: Roosters don’t always save the day, even when you have more than one. #3: Guineas are not protectors, but they will warn you, so don’t ignore their calls.

Hey your videos are coming in my news feed for few days now your video quality is really good i watch your videos carefully every time the videos are good but not seo friendly u can now tell what is the full meaning of seo search engine optimization example in other words after a person comes to youtube he searches for the keywords he needs and searches for videos related to those keywords. Thus, you need to SEO your videos with the help of popular keyword research tools within the title description tag area of your videos. Keyword research needs to be done and set up. Later, if a person searches with keywords set up in the middle of your videos, they will see your videos at the top and grow organically. Video views like comments share watch time etc will increase if you want I can guide you
My Mom bought these stainless steel clothespins (made in Italy) called "Henry Berry & Dairy Extreme Clothespins" and she loves them. She has arthritis and kept opening the wood and plastic clothespins on a skew and ends-up breaking them, but these stainless steel ones really last. Expensive, but worth it.
Switching to 50 % whole freshly ground wheat berries and 50 % AP unbleached... we noticed a severe decline in acid reflux.
Hey Jenna, how's your replacement pans holding up? I bought their 10-inch skillet a few weeks ago and it warped already. I have a few stainless steel pans from other brands (Hestan and all clad), none of which have warped... so a bit disappointing to be honest. Looks like their new manufacturing process to fix the warping issue isn't working. I'm thinking of just getting an All-Clad pan rather than a replacement. I should've watched your video before investing in Heritage Steel! Lesson learned. Thanks for your review!
My replacement skillet stayed pretty flat for a while, babying it along. It’s starting to warp though. It also seems like it’s just not nicely balanced. It tips so easily toward the handle. I do not enjoy cooking with them and haven’t bothered to get additional replacements. If you get all clad I’d love to know which ones you get and. If you have better success with them.
I would advise that you take note of many scientists condemning modern grain - Prof Ben Bickman for example. This message is sent in good faith!
I have a kitchen aid attachment that I got during the pandemic due to there being no flour in the stores. I have thought about going back to using it instead of buying my bread flour but I like to make a 50/50 so wholemeal is my problem. I haven' t got a clue lol.
Close to 15 years for me, I like my MOCKMILL.
That’s awesome!
The flour in stores isn't whole grain it has too much removed
Nothing like wash drying in the sun. They smell so fresh. When I was a kid we hung cloths even when it was close to freezing as long as there was a wind. They dried in less than 1/2 hour in that weather.
Yes, it is one of my favorite things. So relaxing and stress relieving hanging clothes out. Line dried percale sheets are the best, nice cool and crisp.
Wow, Jenna. That is one heavy duty clothes line. I have two Amish pulley clothes lines with the Strata line that I’m very pleased with. I love seeing clothes hanging on the line and the electric is not getting any cheaper. I think you should add hanging flower baskets to the end of T post. 🌺
I agree with everything you said! 😃
We had to relocate our clothesline. If you’re interested in seeing the changes I made here is the updated video. ua-cam.com/video/WmUbCXQr4So/v-deo.htmlsi=G2MFsd3iOlWiBrOB
Once l learned about crocheting wash cloths, I have made a hundred or so. This is the first time I have see this pattern. It is wonderful. I like the look and the texture You gave easy to follow instructions, This will be my new wash cloth for gifts this year. I got tired of making circles in a square cloths. Thank you for sharing such a wonderful pattern.
Love the flag in background on Memorial Day.
IT WORKED! I've tried several different cleaners that failed. Thanks for sharing!!!
It looks delicious ❤
Get a lye tank. They take the heavy stuff off cheaper and more thorough. Best for the really crusty ones like that Griswold. Use that for pancakes and cornbread ect.
MHmmmm looks like a sling blade. Reckon you could cook some French fried taters in that pan. Mmhhmmm
Wonderful love your passion and knowledge thank you - kind regards Graeme 🌿
50% CLR and 50% water cleans good.
Loved this!
Thank you so much, this is perfect and beautiful 😍 God bless you ❤
I'm glad you like it
Wish we had some thing like this in the Minneapolis area
That last Kerr pint with fine chips had a "ground lip" indicating it was older.
Great honest review; thanks!
Beautiful.
Thank you! This is exactly what I needed! Love the Chris Ledoux shirt!
I just purchased an 8 piece set of HS pots and pans. I like the idea that this company was against making non stick pans. I also liked that the pans were manufactured in the US with employees that had worked for the company for years. The pans are nice and comfortable in the hand. The set has the sizes that are needed. They don’t waste your money throwing in a pot or pan that isn’t needed. However, upon unboxing…two out of 5 pans were damaged on the cooking surface. The box was intact so they were shipped with these issues from the company. In my opinion very poor quality control. These should have been considered factory seconds but I paid full price for perfect pans. I wrote to the company the day I received the pans. I did get a message back two days later saying to fill out a warranty claim. There was no “sorry” or apologies for my inconvenience. Anyway, I submitted a warranty claim even though I’ve never used the pans and so far I haven’t heard anything from the company. Another note is that the return policy is terrible. If you want to return you have to pay the postage. There is no prepaid return label. That’s fine if you just decide you don’t like them but my pans are damaged. Even though I absolutely love the pans, at this point I would really like my money back so I can buy from another company. The communication and customer service is awful. Also, the return policy is bad. If you do send something back you get 30% deduction and then store credit to buy more of their crap pans. So, be careful…this is one purchase I wish I hadn’t made.
Wow I’m sorry to hear that.
Thank you for being vulnerable and sharing your thoughts on this loss.
Oh this is so sad! It made me cry… I just lost my entire flock last week to a fox for the third time that’s 175 birds. It’s so sad… I was home on the phone and I have cameras too😢😢😢😢
Oh no, I am so sorry that happened to you. That is tragic. I couldn’t imagine how heartbreaking that must have been for you.
Nothing helpful at all. Very annoying!
Kind of like your comment I guess. Thanks for stopping by.
cant hear anything.
Nice pretty lady. I found this helpful and enjoyed the dimples and even the not necessary talking
You feed your dog bones?
Yes, dogs eat bones. The three basic things dogs need are meat, organ, bone.
I got the basic pattern but she’s not kidding when she uses twine, otherwise you end up with something too fat to be a bookmark!!!
Love this pattern. Can you use it for a body washcloth?
Definitely!
If I had to take a guess these were moonshine jars. don’t forget United States had prohibition, where alcohol was basically forbidden from being sold. Michigan, Wisconsin Chicago parts of Canada for making moonshine and transporting it down to Detroit and further south. That’s how Al Capone made his money. It’s a really wonderful, fine. Thank you for sharing.
Are there rules for what size pans you can use on a glass cook-top?
My stove recommends no more then 1” larger then the eye. Not sure if that applies across the board.
What a treasure!
I found hundreds of buried mason jars and other brands near my property in southern oregon. Total buried treasure
Thanks for the tutorial! Just what I needed, a simple plan. All I need to do is make mine with a roof since we don't have a building they can stay against.
Thanks for sharing your video and seed haul with us. I hope your garden grows well and I look forward to watching your garden grow. I am a new subscriber to your channel.
Thanks so much!

You need to tell us how to crochet
I have grown Craig's grande Jalapeno and Colossus jalapeno the last 5 years, and will be growing only colossus this year the Craig's grande just don't produce as well or get as big and the heat isn't consistent, colossus are consistent in size production and heat. I really wanted to like them but they just can't compete.
Thanks, maybe I’ll try those next year. I do notice the Craig’s are inconsistent with heat.
Corn needs to be grown in blocks not rows because it's wind pollinated it will have a hard time getting pollinated in rows. I recommend considering a hybrid super sweet corn or synergistic they are so much sweeter, I really like jubilee super sweet and Allure synergistic both very good. I don't really care for any of the heirloom varieties to starchy for my liking. I do grow mostly heirloom but corn, cucumbers and peppers have some really good qualities with some of the hybrid varieties.
Interesting, I always do multiple rows of corn. Everyone here grows rows of corn. I never have a problem with pollination. The corn I talk about in the video simply did not germinate at all.
@@TheUpNorthHome When I say blocks I mean at least 4 to 5 rows wide if you do that it will be fine the rows can be as long as you want just don’t want 1 or 2 rows. Also if you happen to plant corn say in rows North and South and the wind blows North and South you may get just fine pollination but you are gambling.
Your kitchen looks so cozy 😍
Thank you!! 😊
I like videos of the Amish stores. It's full of stuff I can't find out west
